During this pandemic , Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra giving various free online sessions by zoom meetings. No pressure Workout sessions, Yoga, Meditation, American Sign Language Chat room to be introduced to sign Language, Gardening tips

The morning workouts are different than most as they offer both full mobility and limited mobility presenters. And their staff are understanding of peoples goals
